Analisis Kinerja Sistem Drainase Di Jalan Bangau Sakti Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Menggunakan Pedoman Modul 19 Kinerja Sistem Drainase
ABSTRACT
The management of urban drainage systems must be carried out by following the overall development cycle rules or better known as SIDLACOM starting from the survey stage, investigation of planning, land acquisition, construction, operation and maintenance (Survey, Identification, Design, Land Acquisition, Operation and Maintance) and supported by institutional improvements, financing and community participation. The fundamental weakness of SIDLACOM is the development cycle that is still incomplete because it does not include evaluation and monitoring components. The incomplete cycle of evaluation and monitoring causes information flows to be cut off so that successes and failures of the results of the construction of drainage systems in particular and infrastructure in general that have been past, are not inventoried to be used as foothold and consideration in the development of drainage systems in the future. determine the criteria for performance indicators for the performance of the Bangau Sakti Street, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City. The approach method used is using Module 19 which deals with drainage system performance indicators which include non-physical indicators which include regulatory and institutional indicators (3 sub-indicators), development management (8 sub-indicators) and the efforts of Local Governments (PEMDA) to encourage community participation ( PSM) / Private (6 sub-indicators) and physical indicators which include physical data on infrastructure (5 sub-indicators), drainage system infrastructure functions (6 sub-indicators), infrastructure operating and maintenance conditions (3 sub-indicators), and specifically for Metropolitan city categories (1 sub indicator) so that the total is 31 Sub Indicators. The main results of the study prove that the performance of the drainage system in Bangau Sakti Street, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City produces a total value of 6078.5 so that the assessment of its performance is categorized as Less.
