Prototipe Sistem Pengontrolan Ph Kolam Dan Pemberi Pakan Untuk Budidaya Ikan Patin Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot)
ABSTRACT
In aquaculture activities, it is important to pay attention to water quality because water is the main medium for fish survival. The quality of the water used must meet the requirements needed for fish life, both in quantity and quality. One of the important aspects of water quality parameters is pH and dissolved oxygen concentration. The pH balance in the pond greatly affects the growth of fish. The recommended pH for catfish life ecosystems is at a value of 6-8. In this study a prototype pH control system was designed by adding acidic or basic pH liquid to raise or lower the pH in the pond and provide feed automatically for catfish using Real Time Clock (RTC) scheduling. The results obtained are that the system is able to maintain water quality in monitoring for 20 days. The system is able to provide feed automatically according to a predetermined time. Notifications on the blynk application have been successfully sent when the system has successfully provided feed automatically. The pH sensor managed to get good readings with an average error of 0.22. The average delay in sending data obtained from the results of tests carried out for 3 days is 1.94 seconds.
