The formulation of the research problem is how is the Service Quality of the Brilliant
Star Library in Maredan Barat Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency? The
purpose of this research is to find out how the service quality of the Brilliant Star
Library is in Maredan Barat Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This type of
qualitative research with descriptive method. The data collection techniques of this
research are documentation, observation, and interviews. While the analysis of
research data includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and
triangulation. The results of the research show that library services need to be
improved in order to improve the quality of the Bintang Cemerlang Library in Kampung
Maredan Barat, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This can be seen from Tangibel,
Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy.
