Hypoactive Sexual Desire Dysfunction (HSDD) is part of Female Sexual Dysfunction (FSD) which is characterised by absence or reduction in desire or motivation to engage in sexual activity. Urological patients usually have problems related to sexual function and most women who suffered from HSDD are ones with menopause. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of HSDD in urological patients. The research design was desctiptive cross-sectional from October 2022 to January 2023 at Arifin Achmad Hospital in Riau Province. Data was collected from interviews using a validated questionnaire. Of the 50 patients, there were 34 (68%) patients have HSDD, while 16 (32%) patients did not have HSDD with highest number urological disease were 16 (47.1%) urolithiasis patients, followed by urinary tract infections 7 (20.6%), nonurological malignancy 6 (27.6%) patients and urological malignancy 5 (14.7%) patients, age most group 40-60 years were 22 (64.7%) patients. All patients with HSDD felt less interested in sex, followed by decreased sensation in the female organs in 28 (84.8%) patients, and had problems reaching orgasm in 19 (57.6%) patients. There are 16 (47.1%) menopausal women with HSDD and who did not menopausal with HSDD were 18 (52.9%) patients.
