Background: Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) is the preffered treatment of choice for renal calculi. PCNL has elvolved remarkably since the eighties when it was first described.the most common complication after PCNL surgery is SIRS.One of diagnosis criteria for SIRS is leucocytosis increased.
Objectives: To Find factors which related to leukocytosis increased after PCNL surgery in patient with renal stone
Methods: This research is an analytical study with a retrospective method which was carried out at Arifin Achmad Hospital Riau Province.
Results: From 41 samples obtained based on characteristics of the patient the most common age were 45 years old. Male 30 patients (73,2%) and female 31 patiens (26,8%). Most patient had antibiotic after PCNL 41 patient (100%). Length of stay after pcnl most patients were 2(41,46%) or 1 (24,3%)day after PCNL.Stone size mean in patiens were 2,29 cm.Duration of procedurs mean was 50,02 minutes. Most of patients had staghorn calculi (48,8%) and hydronephrosis (39,0%).Most of preleukocytes patient were 9,37103/μL and postleukocyte were 18,10 103/μL .Among all the variabel only preleukocytes were related with post leukocytes p value 0,01.
