Head trauma in violent incidents most often occurs due to blunt force violence which can result in cerebral hemorrhage and can result in death. Death due to unlawful physical violence can be categorized as unnatural death. An unnatural death can be examined externally and internally (autopsy). This study aims to determine the profile of cases of head bleeding due to blunt violence in autopsied death victims at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru for the 2017-2021 period. The research design used was a retrospective descriptive of Visum et Repertum (VeR) data on cases of head bleeding due to blunt violence in victims who died at autopsy at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru for the 2017-2021 period. The number of cases of victims of head bleeding due to blunt violence was 31 cases. The sex that most frequently experienced head bleeding due to blunt violence was male (80.6%) with the largest age range being 26-35 years (38.7%). The most common type of wound found in victims of head bleeding due to blunt violence was open fracture (38.7%). The most common location of bleeding in victims who died of head bleeding due to blunt violence that were autopsied was the scalp (33.3%). Most of the resort police (polres) who requested Visum et Repertum were from Pekanbaru and Rokan Hulu (22.6%).
