Abortus provocatus criminalis is an act that is prohibited in Indonesia. Abortion has many complications, one of which is bleeding which can threaten the mother's life and cause death. This study aims to describe the Abortus Provocatus Criminal Case at Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Hospital for the period January 2016-December 2021. The research design used is a case series through Visum et Repertum data on cases of abortus provocatus criminalis at Bhayangkara Pekanbaru Hospital for the period January 2016-December 2021. The incidence of this criminal provocatus abortion case was 4 cases. The demographics of respondents are from the age range between 17 to 25 years, with the most marital status, namely unmarried, and the most religion is Islam with the most private jobs and the most domicile in Pekanbaru with the most gestational age is 24 weeks. The most common forensic findings of the case were signs of blunt force on both the head and arms. The most common method of abortion is the use of drugs, namely cytotex, as many as 2 people. Forensic outcomes were obtained as many as 3 victims were discharged, and 1 person died.
