The development of education has now progressed in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) which has encouraged many changes, one of which is by developing learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) which can be accessed online. The importance of interesting learning media in learning to increase digital natives' learning creativity and students' cognitive learning outcomes. One of them can be by using AR media which is used as a teaching aid or supporting facility in carrying out the learning process in the form of tools or applications to achieve the desired learning objectives.
The learning media used by teachers on average use PPT (Power Point) and at school each teacher has only limited infocus . Teachers have not used other media development in the learning process. One example of learning that uses pictures, the teacher only uses charts that are very old and shabby. Analysis of the problems faced by teachers and students at school in science learning material for class VIII on average on the material of the human excretory system. This is due to the wide and large scope of material and the students find it difficult to learn this material. This difficult material also causes low student learning attention with many students who are sleepy, chatting and playing while the learning process is in progress, resulting in a lack of student creativity in the learning provided by the teacher. And the low cognitive learning outcomes of student learning on the material of the human excretory system. Referring to the analysis of the problems that have been described, one of the media that can help is learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR). This study aims to determine the validity, creativity of digital natives students and students' cognitive learning outcomes from the development of AR media on the subject of the human excretory system.
The research was conducted at the Biology Education Masters Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), University of Riau and SMP N 1 Siak Hulu. This research uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) by Dick Walter and Lou Carey. The data analysis technique was divided into several stages, namely in the form of validation by 5 validators consisting of IT experts, media experts, material experts and 2 teachers, Practicality test, data collection on learning creativity and students' cognitive learning outcomes.
The results of the development research on the Development of Augmented Reality (AR) Based Learning Media to Increase the Creativity of Digital Natives Students and Outcomes Student Cognitive Learning in Material System Excretion Based on the validation results, humans are classified as very valid and the practicality of AR media as a whole results in very practical categories and can be used in the learning process. Development and use of learning media based on Augmented Reality (AR) to increase the creativity of digital native students to get high creativity categories and results students' cognitive learning no material system excretion humans get n-gain scores in the moderate category.

Augmented Reality- based learning media on excretion system material based on the validation results obtained a very valid category and practicality obtained a very practical category. The development of learning media based on Augmented Reality on excretion system material based on the results of learning creativity obtained a high category. Development of Augmented Reality- based learning media on excretory system material based on cognitive learning outcomes obtained medium category.
