Pengembangan Perangkat Eksperimen Gelombang Bunyi Berbantukan Android Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Fisika Siswa SMA

The android-assisted experimental device on sound wave material has been
developed by several researchers before it does not cover complete experiments
such as linear doppler effect, rotational doppler effect, resonance and interference
all at once. This study aims to develop a valid, practical and effective androidassisted
sound wave experiment device for use in high school physics lessons that
can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The experimental device
developed consists of a sound wave experimental device and a user manual.
This research was conducted at the Physics Education Laboratory,
University of Riau. The research model used in this study is the ADDIE model with
the stages of analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development),
implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluate). This research was
conducted to test the validity, practicality test and test the effectiveness of the
developed Android-assisted sound wave experimental device. Based on the results
of the validity test by media experts, the sound wave experimental device was
declared valid by evaluating the validity of the experimental device for the
rotational Doppler effect, linear Doppler effect, resonance and interference as well
as the average usage manual of 3.52, 3.47, 3.47, 3,47 and 3.69. The results of the
material and pedagogical validity tests obtained scores of 3.42 and 3.13. While the
results of the practicality test, the sound wave experimental set was stated to be
practical by students and teachers through the practicality response test with an
average of 3.31 and 3.56. Based on the results of the effectiveness test on students
stated that the android-assisted sound wave experimental device was declared
effective in increasing motivation and learning outcomes. With an average
evaluation of the motivation of the experimental class 85.56 higher than the control
class with an average of 76. The average evaluation of the learning outcomes of the
experimental class is 85.07 higher than the control class with a value of 75.22.
Thus the developed android-assisted sound wave experimental device has
been declared valid, practical and effective for use as a learning medium in
teaching and learning activities in the classroom to increase learning motivation
and student learning outcomes
