Optimalisasi Agroindustri Nanas Pada Bumdes Kuala Alam Di Kabupaten Bengkalis
ABSTRACT
One commodity that is commonly found on peatlands is pineapple. The Kuala Alam Village-Owned Enterprise in Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis Regency has 20 ha of agricultural land for pineapple commodities and still has a potential land area of approximately 200 ha which has the status of idle land. BUMDes Kuala Alam plans to develop pineapple commodities to improve the village economy by producing pineapple chips and pineapple dodol. BUMDes Kuala Alam in developing the Kuala Karya processing unit only sees the abundance of raw materials that will provide economic value. However, no calculations and analysis have been carried out regarding what types of pineapple agro-industry products and how much natural resources are used so that they can provide benefits. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and Linear Programming analysis. The results of the analysis obtained are the total income of the Kuala Karya Processing Unit agro-industry business which is 265,000 IDR per kg of product. The profit per production process is 361,106 IDR and the profit obtained per month is 3,321,675 IDR. The optimal production combination from the analysis results is to provide an optimal solution for producing pineapple chips only as much as 70.59kg per production process with a maximum profit value obtained of 3,846,853 IDR per month. The difference in profit from the optimal solution with the real situation in the field is 525,178 IDR. Optimal resource allocation can be seen that the active resource in the Kuala Karya Processing Unit agro-industrial business is the use of labor hours. This can be seen from the dual value of 6,411.42, which means that the profit of the pineapple agro-industry business will increase by 6,411.42 IDR if you add one hour of labor.
