Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Minyak Goreng Bimoli Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
Cooking oil is a staple consumed in people's daily lives for cooking. The most popular packaged cooking oil is Bimoli cooking oil. This study aims to (1) determine the trend of cooking oil consumption in 2007-2021 in Pekanbaru city (2) analyze the factors that affect the demand for Bimoli cooking oil in Pekanbaru city. (3) look at the most dominant factors affecting the demand for Bimoli cooking oil in Pekanbaru. Data analysis used in this study is a linear trend analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series data for the last 15 years, 2007-2021. The conclusion of this study is (1) the trend of cooking oil consumption in Pekanbaru city in 2007-2021 tends to increase every year. Trend analysis equation formed is Y = 7,478,781.294 + 424,335.708X (2) the factors that affect the demand for Bimoli cooking oil in Pekanbaru is the real price of Bimoli cooking oil,the real price of coconut oil, the number of residents, and real income. (3) the most dominant factor affecting the demand for Bimoli cooking oil in Pekanbaru is the number of residents.
