Coronavirus Disease 19 (COVID-19) is a contagious infectious disease caused by Coronavirus type SARS CoV-2. Pregnant women are a group that is vulnerable to COVID-19 because during pregnancy there are changes in the physiological and immunological conditions of the body of pregnant women. This study aims to determine the incidence profile of pregnant women with COVID-19 who were treated at Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province for the period 2020-2022. This type of research is descriptive research with a retrospective study. This study used medical record data of pregnant women with COVID-19 who were treated at the Arifin Achmad General Hospital Riau Province for the period 2020-2022. In this study, there were 33 cases of pregnant women with COVID-19, with moderate severity (72.7%), with characteristics in the age group 20-35 years (87.9%) and the gestational age group 28-42 weeks (94%), with Section Caesarea (SC) delivery (69.7%), and the results of thoracic photographs found to have to infiltrate (51.5%), non-ICU care (94%), and the state of discharge continued isolation independently (97%).
