Pandemic COVID-19 affecting case of Tuberculosis (TB). 18% drop new case notification of tuberculosis from Indonesia could affecting the goal to End TB in 2030. TB incidence of TB from Indonesia are drop 14% from global. Objective of this study is to determine prevalence and frequency distribution differences of pulmonary tuberculosis case before and during pandemic COVID-19. This cross-sectional study using medical records from Arifin Achmad General Hospital from March 2018 until March 2022. Medical Records were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria then extracted based on variabels needed in this study. In total 343 patient’s record included in this study. 343 Patients identified from March 2018 – March 2022. Before pandemic COVID-19 there were 206 (60.1%) patients with new case of pulmonary tuberculosis and 137 (39.9%) during pandemic COVID-19. There was a decrease in cases of 33.4% between before and during pandemic COVID-19. 172 (59.1%) case of Drug Sensitive Tuberculosis (DS-TB) and 34 (65.4%) case of Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis (DR-TB) in total and there were no significant differences between before and during pandemic COVID-19 (p=0.485).
