Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan Pada Program Paket C Di PKBM Bina Kreasi Kota Pekanbaru
The formulation of the research problem is how is the implementation of
entrepreneurship learning in the package C program at PKBM Bina Kreasi
Pekanbaru City? then the factors inhibiting the implementation of
entrepreneurship learning in the package C program at PKBM Bina Kreasi
Pekanbaru City? The research objective was to determine the implementation of
entrepreneurship learning in the package C program at PKBM Bina Kreasi
Pekanbaru City and the inhibiting factors for implementing entrepreneurship
learning in the package C program at PKBM Bina Kreasi Pekanbaru City. This
type of qualitative research with descriptive method. Data collection techniques in
this study were document, observation, and interview techniques. Analysis in
research includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and
triangulation. The results of the study revealed that the Implementation of
Entrepreneurship Learning in the Package C Program at PKBM Bina Kreasi
Pekanbaru City was carried out every Thursday starting at 09.00-10.30 where the
initial learning was carried out with the tutor greeting the learning residents and
inviting them to pray together then the tutor asked questions about the material
provided earlier and then provide learning. The process of learning the material
provided by the tutor is in accordance with the learning theme and then the tutor
will hold discussions with the learning residents regarding the material provided.
The closing (evaluation) stage of learning is carried out with the tutor inviting
students to reflect on the material provided through questions or assignments that
will be given as a form of learning assessment and then greeting. Evaluation is
carried out through written exams, assignments, observations, performance
appraisals and activity reports. The inhibiting factor for entrepreneurship learning
can be seen through the small number of learning residents taking part in learning
so that it makes it difficult for tutors to motivate learning residents to be present in
this entrepreneurship learning as well as some learning residents who are married
and work making few learning residents participate in this entrepreneurship
learning.
