The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sense of belonging to Mekar Wangi KB Village for couples of childbearing age in West Tangkerang Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City and to determine variations in the level of belonging to Mekar Wangi KB Village based on factors of age, age of marriage, number of children and level of education. This research uses quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 63 respondents. Calculating the sample size was carried out using the Taro Yamane formula with an error level of 5%. From the results of data management it is known that the sense of belonging to Mekar Wangi KB Village for couples of childbearing age in West Tangkerang Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City is relatively high with a percentage of 75%. There is a significant difference in the level of belonging in this study based on the demographic factors of the respondents because the distribution of belonging levels is seen in 2 categories, namely the high category and the very high category.
