Analisa Kapasitas Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (Pltbg) Pt. Karya Mas Energi Pks Tandun Di Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V
ABSTRACT
The need for energy availability is increasing with the increase in population and increased energy consumption by society due to the use of a variety of equipment to support comfort in life. In the processing of fresh fruit tandan (TBS) palm coconut oil that produces palm oil produces output in the form of solid and liquid waste. POME processing with covered lagoon technology is a way of processing POME to produce biogas by putting POME into a pool with a depth of 6 meters or more that is covered above it. In this study, the authors analyzed the calculations of Pome Ratio, Waste Flow, COD Loading, CH4 Production, Biogas Power Plant Capacity, and validated the power plant capacity with previous researchers. Based on the results of the calculation, the POME ratio in 2021 is 0.5 m3/ton tbs, waste flow 4330 m3/year, COD Loading 16426,09 Kg COD/year, production CH4 5174,47 Nm3 CH4 / year, production capacity 0,81 MWe. In May and September there was a decrease in the number of POMEs, which resulted in a decline in the capacity of power plants produced in May and in September.
