ABSTRACT
Health is the most important thing in human survival. As regulated in the 1945 Constitution article 28 H paragraph (1) regarding ownership of the rights of each individual in obtaining health services. Lung disease is one of the most common diseases among the people due to its speed of airborne transmission and genetic factors. The availability of a number of pulmonary specialist medical personnel as well as the difficulty level of the community in accessing hospitals are the main factors in the slow management of lung disease among the community. Ironically, there are many cases of lung disease that are identified too late so that they enter a chronic stage and are difficult to cure. Generally, the types of lung diseases that are often encountered include tuberculosis, ARI, asthma, and bronchitis, so that prompt and appropriate treatment is needed in tackling lung disease in the community. The problem of lung disease that occurs in the community can be solved by using a website-based expert system health service in providing early diagnosis of lung disease. This study uses the Naive Bayes method which has independent properties on each of its attributes as well as expert knowledge from general practitioners and pulmonary specialists. The results of the initial diagnosis are obtained from processing the types and categories of symptoms and displaying the results of calculating the probability value and prevention that can be done. The average accuracy of the results of the expert test carried out was 94.89% with the option test use training set, 6 cross validations and 12 cross validations on the data set.
