Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode Ahp-Topsis Untuk Penerimaan Bantuan Pemerintah
ABSTRACT
Government assistance is an effort made by the government of a country to provide support or aid to the needy population, particularly in terms of basic needs fulfillment, social protection, and welfare improvement. The distribution of this assistance should be done quickly, accurately, and fairly. However, the selection of aid recipients by the government is still done conventionally, resulting in suboptimal determination of eligible beneficiaries. The objective of this research is to build a system by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) - Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method in determining the recipients of assistance, which can assist the Sukamaju Subdistrict government in selecting eligible beneficiaries. There are 14 criteria used in this research. The priority weights are obtained from the calculations using the AHP method and used to find the weighted normalization matrix values in the TOPSIS method. Black box testing shows that the system operates at 100% efficiency. Meanwhile, based on the testing conducted manually, the system calculations obtained the same values and rankings. This research produces a system that can rank and provide alternative data recommendations that the Sukamaju Subdistrict government can consider in the decision-making process of selecting government aid recipients.
