Biology learning is currently still done manually such as textbooks from teachers or from schools. Some teachers also apply learning media such as videos or PowerPoint slides as current learning media. In addition to the lack of innovation in learning media, it causes low student learning outcomes. As well as the lack of instilling imtaq values in the learning process results in the character of the current generation really needing more attention. Therefore, teachers are required to educate students to become children with character. The teacher's task in educating students to become human beings with character is a very difficult task. One of the teacher's efforts to shape the character of students is to apply imtaq values in the learning process. Researchers try to identify many factors that become a problem with educational issues. Identification is carried out through an analysis of student needs by observing and interviewing teachers in the field of study.
Based on the results of the needs analysis with access to student learning resources only accessing YouTube, Power point slides and not using Booklet media, it is necessary to improve the quality of the student learning process, one of which is assisted by the development of learning media that can stimulate cognitive abilities to improve learning outcomes and imtaq character student. Researchers formulate solutions to design innovations through the development of imtaq integrated learning media, namely imtaq integrated booklets to improve student learning outcomes and character. The main material developed in the booklet is the body's defense system for Class XI Biology SMA.
This research is Research and Development (R&D), this research has developed a product in the form of an integrated imtaq booklet referring to the ADDIE model which consists of analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation ( evaluation). The analysis phase is an analysis of curriculum activities, learning material needs, and assignments. The Design Stage is the activity of designing Cover, Preface, Table of Contents, List of Figures, Booklet Description, Concept Map, Learning Objectives, Content, Summary, Bibliography, and Glossary. The stages of developing the imtaq integrated booklet validity test include: 1) validity test. Data was obtained through an assessment sheet of the imtaq integrated booklet which was assessed by 3 validators including: media expert, material expert, and imtaq expert. 2) Practicality test of the imtaq integrated booklet by 2 biology teachers. The data was obtained through a practical questionnaire given to 2 high school biology teachers. and see the response to the students who were given to 10 Al-Ittihad High School students in Pekanbaru City. The implementation stage was carried out by applying the results of the development on a large scale to

students through field test experiments on the Material of the Body's Defense System against the control class (not given the use of the imtaq integrated booklet) and the experimental class (treated with the use of the imtaq integrated booklet).
The overall evaluation stage was carried out on the effectiveness of the imtaq integrated booklet based on the results of implementation through the instrument of multiple choice post-test questions of 20 questions on the body's defense system material.The results of the research on the validity test by media expert validators, material experts, and imtaq experts showed that the imtaq integrated booklet that had been developed got a percentage score of 3.64% with a very valid category. The results of the practicality test showed that the IMTAQ integrated booklet that had been developed received a score percentage of 94.55 in the very practical category, and the results of the limited trial on student responses were 88.69 indicating the very practical category. The results of the research at the overall evaluation stage: 1) There are improvements to the booklet cover based on the media validator's suggestions. 2) Adjust the verses and images that are included and displayed on the media made based on the advice of imtaq experts. 3) Update the latest images from updated references based on suggestions from material experts.
Based on these data, it can be concluded that: 1) The results of the development of the Imtaq Integrated Booklet on the body's defense system material are of very good quality. This can be seen from the results of the validation which obtained an average score of 3.64 with a very valid category, with the practicality test obtained an average score of 94.55 with a very practical category, and in the student response test it was found that the booklet was very well used by obtaining a value of 88 ,69. 2) The hypothesis test from the Imtaq Integrated Booklet on the body's defense system material shows that H1 is accepted, which can be interpreted as having an influence on student learning outcomes, it can be seen from the value of the experimental class score of 0.78 very effective category and the control class 0.50 category currently. While testing the hypothesis on the character of students from the Imtaq Integrated Booklet on the body's defense system material shows that H1 is accepted, which can be interpreted as influencing the character of class XI students at SMA IT Al-Ittihad Pekanbaru City, with an average value of 95.3 including the very high category. Obtain an N-Gain value with an average of 0.7 in the high category.
