Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Guru Honorer Dengan Metode Ahp Dan Saw Berbasis Web Di Sekolah Sdn 018 Ukui

ABSTRACT
This study aims to overcome the problem of the lack of effectiveness in determining honorary teachers at SDN 018 Ukui. The proposed solution is to design a decision support system that assists the Principal in selection honorary teachers. The method used in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weigthing (SAW). The developed system is tested using 5 data by implementing 5 predetermined criteria. The test results using black box testing achieve a success rate of 100 %. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the decision support system for hiring honorary teachers using the AHP and SAW methods that have been tested using the black box testing method gives satisfactory results. The criteria fot the SAW education, work experience, age, skill tests and interviews can assist school principals in selecting appropriate honorary teachers. In testing accuracy, the calculation results of the AHP and SAW methods manually and system calculations produce the same rangking
