Rancang Bangun Alat Monitoring Arus Dan Tegangan Pada Motor Induksi Tiga Fasa Berbasis Internet Of Things (Iot)
ABSTRACT
This research aims to design and implement a current and voltage monitoring device for a three-phase induction motor utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The device employs the ESP8266 microcontroller as the system core and the PZEM-004T V3.0 sensor to detect the current and voltage of the induction motor. The integration of Internet of Things technology enables the device to connect to the internet, allowing remote access and control of monitoring data through the Blynk IoT platform. This platform facilitates real-time monitoring of the induction motor's condition and offers flexible control options.
Thorough testing is conducted to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring device. The test results demonstrate that the device provides highly precise current and voltage data and seamlessly integrates with the Blynk IoT platform. In conclusion, the designed and implemented current and voltage monitoring device for a three-phase induction motor successfully combines ESP8266 technology, PZEM-004T V3.0 sensor, and Blynk IoT platform. This device proves to be reliable in real-time monitoring of the induction motor's performance and offers efficient control through an internet-based platform. The utilization of this device is expected to enhance the efficiency and reliability of induction motor operations in various industrial applications.
