ABSTRACT
Coins are used in everyday life in various places such as in banks, supermarkets and automatic weighing machines. So, there was a basic need to automate coin counting and sorting. For these machines it is necessary to recognize coins very quickly and accurately, because further transaction processing depends on this recognition. Banks use money counting machines to count money. It can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference using the human eye, especially for large coins. Most of the conventional identification methods used in slot machines work by testing the coin's physical properties such as size, weight, and material. However, if there is a physical similarity between coins of different currencies, then traditional coin testers will fail to distinguish the different coins. The goal of this coin sorter tool is to identify and match coins of the same shape, finally calculating the number of coins 100,200,500 and 1000 used.
