CASE PROFILE OF LIVING VICTIMS DUE TO RAPE IN CHILDREN FOR THE 2017-2021 PERIOD AT BHAYANGKARA HOSPITAL, PEKANBARU

Rape is a sexual crime characterized by forced intercourse using violence or threats of violence against a woman out of wedlock. This study aims to determine the profile of victims who live as a result of child rape in the 2017-2021 period at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. The research design used was a retrospective descriptive of Visum et Repertum (VeR) data on survivors of rape cases in children for the 2017-2021 period at Bhayangkara Hospital Pekanbaru. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis performed on each research variable. The number of cases of victims living as a result of child rape was 337 cases with the largest age range being 10-18 years (97%). The majority of the victim's body did not have any injuries (91.7%) and the most common type of wound found on victims was bruises (5.6%). The most common location of bleeding was found in the chest region (2.4%). The description of the condition of the patient's genitalia included the labia majora, labia minora and the patient's hymen were successively found in conditions where there were no wounds (95.8%), no wounds (90.5%), and old tears to the base (81.9%). The distribution of the relationship between victims and perpetrators was mostly close people who were not related by blood (73.9%).
