Sistem Kendali Gerak Otomatis Pada Mesin Router Cnc 3 Axis
ABSTRACT
The control system functions as the brain in the manufacture of a 3 axis CNC router machine. This study aims to create a control circuit to a 3 axis CNC Router (Computer Numeric Control) machine. In order for the machine to function according to the design in three axes, all machining parameters will be set and controlled by the Grbl control system. Each stepper motor in the control system can drive the machine in the opposite direction of the x, y, and z axes. Selection of data for control elements is one of several stages that must be completed in this design. For this reason, it can be manufactured according to the schematic control design, which includes breakout boards, motor drivers, stepper motors, power supplies, limit switches, and emergency stops. To move the actuator, the control system is connected to a PC using USB port. The control system must be calibrated before being used for machining processes so that the machine shear dimensions match the PC command dimensions. If an error occurs on the machine track, the sensor will instruct the spindle to return to the home position in the control system for 3 axis CNC router machines that use a close loop system with Limit Switches as sensor feedback to the machine.
