ABSTRACT
The Corona Virus 19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world has caused so many fatalities that continue to spread throughout the world. Based on survey data from the Ministry of Health, various health service problems faced in remote islands are limited human resources in the health sector as well as treatment facilities, as well as difficult geographical conditions, causing transportation and communication problems to be the main problems. From the problems faced above, the mobile hospital facility in the form of a ship that operates from one small island to another is a solution to health problems for the community. Due to the need for sea transportation by island communities to transport Covid-19 patients in order to obtain health facilities, this research will test the performance of ships in transporting Covid-19 patients. This ship will be tested in prototype form and performance analysis will be carried out using maxsurf software to be included in the Unmanned Fast Boat Competition. The ship to be tested has a monohull hull type with electric propulsion and uses a remote control system so that this ship can be operated remotely according to the category to be chosen in the unmanned fast boat contest.
