Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan Virtual Lab Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Dan Keterampilan Proses Peserta Didik SMK
Student learning motivation is very important in the learning process. If student motivation is high, then students will show high behavior and enthusiasm in carrying out learning activities. Conversely, if student learning motivation is low, then students will show behaviors such as indifferent, easily tired and bored in learning. This certainly affects student learning outcomes and student learning outcomes as well as students' science process skills. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective learning strategies or models to increase students' learning motivation and science process skills, one of which is by applying the virtual lab-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The application of the virtual lab-assisted Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is appropriate in increasing learning motivation and science process skills of grade X Mechanical Engineering students at SMKN 1 Tambang Kampar Regency in Physics subjects.
The type of research is class action research (PTK) which is carried out as many as 2 cycles. The stages in research consist of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subject of the study was class X Mechanical Engineering SMKN 1 Tambang Kampar Regency with a total of 19 students consisting of 16 men and 3 women. The variables in this study consist of increasing students' learning motivation ability and science process skills as the dependent variable and the virtual lab-assisted Problem Based Learning learning model as an independent variable. The method of data collection for student learning motivation is in the form of questionnaires given at the end of each cycle and for data collection of student science process skills is in the form of student science process skill test questions which are also given at the end of the cycle. Instrument validity uses construct validity with expert judgment assessment. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis.
Based on the results of student data analysis, there was an increase in students' motivation to learn physics for two cycles. The average percentage of student motivation in cycle I was 68.30% with the medium category, and in cycle II it increased to 73.98% with the high category. Actions taken by researchers in the form of; Train students' focus on the learning process that is being followed by providing rewards and punishments during the learning process, providing new experiences by learning various virtual lab applications and training students' confidence by providing opportunities for presentation of discussion results alternately. So is the student's science process skills test. Based on the results obtained, there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II. The average percentage of students' science process skills in cycle I was 57.02% with a fairly good category, and in cycle II it increased to 77.48% with a good category by taking several actions, namely tricking all students to participate actively, namely by reducing the number of group members, dividing student job descriptions every meeting so that all students get the same experience and are accustomed to

observing, measuring, grouping, concluding, predicting and communicating things that have been obtained in the learning process. In addition, researchers also present simple numbers in the process of searching for data so that students are easier to measure, group, conclude and communicate data into tables and make graphs.
