Analisis Produktivitas Mesin Sterilizer Di Ptpn V Menggunakan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (Oee) Dan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (Fmea)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to measure the value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) of sterilizer machines to analyze the productivity of sterilizer machines at PTPN V Sei Galuh. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method of measuring the effectiveness of using an equipment. By using the OEE method, companies can make improvements to parts that are not suitable because this method can calculate Availability, Performance and Quality Yield values which are important factors of OEE so that the factors causing low OEE values can be identified. Then, this research is continued with the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodology which aims to enable organizations to anticipate failures during the design stage by identifying all possible failures in the design or manufacturing process. analysis over a period of one month obtained an average OEE value on sterilizer 1 machine of 75.31% sterilizer 2 of 78.09% the value of the two sterilizer machines was still below the OEE word class standard, namely 85.4%. Based on the analysis of the six big losses, it is known that the factors that affect the low OEE value of the two machines are idling & minor stoppage losses, on the 1st sterilizer machine which is 81.33%, 86.79% on the 2nd sterilizer machine. Based on the results of the FMEA, the boiled Programmer component is a priority for repair because it has the highest RPN value, namely 252. The failure mode affects production, the maintenance action taken is direct prevention of the source of component damage based on the time or age of the component by replacing the damaged component with a new component.
