ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in Makmur Sejahtera Village, Gunung Sahilan
District, Kampar Regency with the aim of knowing: 1) Forms of Associative
Social Interaction of women in Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa in Makmur Sejahtera
Village and 2) Forms of Dissociative Social Interaction of women in Pencak Silat
Pagar Nusa in Makmur Sejahtera Village. This study uses a descriptive
qualitative research method by taking 7 people as the main subject and 2 people
as key subjekts (Key Subjekts). This study used purposive sampling technique
through data collection techniques using observation, interviews and
documentation techniques. The theory used is the theory of social interaction
according to Soerjono Soekanto. The results of research in the field can be
concluded that there are 2 elements of associative social interaction, namely
cooperation and accommodation. While there are 2 elements of dissociativ
interaction, namely contradiction and conflict. The forms of social interaction,
namely cooperation, accommodation, contradiction and conflict, are very
dominant in the social interactions of women in the Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa
community in the Prosperous and prosperous Village. The cooperation that exists
berween the members is very good, such as cleaning the training ground together,
working together to prepare the activities carried out such as recitations,
preparing the stage and place for invited gusts and preparing meals, while the
accommodations carried out by the trainers and members are very sufficient to
improve the situation where usually the trainers will invite discussions with
members in order to form an agreement and resolve the problems being faced.
Contravetions bertween members who are active in activities and diligents will be
paid more attention to by trainers which cause jealousy and jealousy bertween
members and conflicts that occur in the stages of fihrting each others’s martial
power.
