Implementasi Metode Pert Pada Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Proyek Pengembangan Aplikasi Kurikulum Obe Unri
ABSTRACT
The Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum application development project at the University of Riau (UNRI) was one of the studies conducted by the Computer Science Lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Riau (UNRI). The needed and objectived in the development of this information system were to maximize the integration of graduated learning outcomes and learning plans at UNRI. The research's main objective was to formulate a time frame for accelerating the development of UNRI's OBE curriculum applications. In accelerating application development using accelerated time analysis using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) methods. The stages in this research were literature study, data collection, CPM analysis, system design and development, implementation of the CPM algorithm into the system, implementation of the PERT algorithm into the system, and system testing. The development of the OBE curriculum application consists of 23 project activities carried out with a completion duration of 68 weeks, there were 20 activities that were critical where the work on these activities must be completed on time and no work is allowed to be behind schedule, then there were 3 activities that were not critical where the activity had a tolerance for delays in its completion time. The project can be completed in 61 weeks using the CPM calculation method, while using the PERT method it can be completed in 60 weeks with a project probability value of 83.4%. The results of this study were that the CPM method can be implemented in an information system for scheduling that can display the optimal duration of project completion, identify project critical paths, display project scheduling tables, total critical activities, and total non-critical activities owned by a project. the PERT method can display the total expected critical time, and the total expected time is not critical, the variance value, the standard deviation value, the probability or probability that the project can be completed, and the Z score table.
