Posyandu is a form of Community-Based Health Efforts (UKBM) that is managed and organized from, by, for, and with the community to provide convenience in obtaining essential health services. Bringing toddlers to Posyandu will get benefits for children, namely getting better health. The target coverage for toddler visits monitored for growth and development in Indonesia is 70%, while the range for toddler visits in Rokan Hilir Regency is 31%. Toddler visits to Posyandu significantly affect the mother's role as the person responsible for the health of her toddler. Toddler visits to Posyandu are influenced by several factors, one of which is the mother's knowledge. This research design is quantitative with cross-sectional. Samples were taken using the accidental sampling method, with 55 pieces meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection used a questionnaire, and research data consisted of the mother's knowledge and visit reports which were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most of the mothers with toddlers had good knowledge of 33 people (60.0%) and regular visits to Posyandu 34 people (61.8%). The chi-square test shows that there is a relationship between the mother's knowledge of toddlers and toddlers' visits to the Posyandu with p-value = 0.004 compared to α = 5%, so p
