Analisis Sentimen Pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara Dengan Menggunakan Metode Support Vector Machine

ABSTRACT
The relocation of the National Capital City is the government's effort in dealing with the carrying capacity and capacity of the environment which is no longer able to support economic activities. This policy reaped various responses, both positive and negative. The realization of this discourse cannot be separated from the need for various aspects, such as readiness of funds, geographical conditions, infrastructure and others. For this reason, it is also necessary to consider various inputs, including community responses or public sentiment towards the discourse on the transfer of the National Capital City. One alternative to get public sentiment is through social media Twitter. Tweets or tweets on Twitter can be classified through the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The results of applying the SVM method to classify public sentiment regarding the transfer of IKN were carried out using 3 combinations of data testing, namely 80% : 20%, 70% : 30%, and 60% : 40%. The most proportional distribution of data is obtained at the distribution of 70%: 30% with an accuracy of 93%.
