Wan Asrida, M.Sc Every government agency, both central and regional, that has a workforce of both the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) must provide services that comply with the Public Service Code of Ethics. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Employee Code of Ethics in the Pucuk Rantau District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach that is descriptive in nature with the process of collecting data through interviews and document studies. The research was conducted at the Pucuk Rantau District Office. The results of this study stated that the implementation of the Employee Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, had not been fully implemented. There are still several employees who have not implemented the Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau Sub-District Office so that the implementation of the Code of Ethics at the Pucuk Rantau Sub-District Office is not carried out properly.
