Tingkat Kepuasan Nelayan Terhadap Pelayanan Kesyahbandaran Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (Pps) Belawan
ABSTRACT
The level of satisfaction is the level at which a person's feelings have been compared with the performance or results obtained by the person himself. While the performance itself can be concluded that the importance of being satisfied or dissatisfied with the attributes provided, for example with the staffing job itself, and as for the interests themselves it can be concluded that whether the services provided are important or not.like there is no need to give repeated explanations with the soup that has been made. The Belawan Ocean Fisheries Port is located in North Sumatra Province which is one of the central implementing technical units in the field of fishing ports which is under the leadership of and responsible to the Director General of Capture Fisheries in accordance with the regulations of the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The Belawan Ocean Fishing Port itself is a type A port, which provides a variety of services, including; ship supply (logistics) services, issuance of certificates, good fish handling practices and harbor harbor services. Kesyahbandar is a government agency under the auspices of the ministry of transportation where the word syahbandar consists of the words syah and bandar. syah which means entrepreneur and bandar means port, As for the problem at the Belawan Ocean Fishery Port in the harbor harbor agency, there is a decrease in the frequency of ship visits by 28.5% in 2020. Therefore, research was carried out on the level of fishermen's satisfaction with harbor services at Belawan Ocean Fishery Port.
