ABSTRACT
A pharmacy is a place to sell medicine or make medicine. Every day there will be sales and purchase transactions for medicines at the pharmacy. Drug sales and purchase transactions continue to increase every day and the pharmacy sales transaction data is only stored as an archive and it is not known what the use of the stored data is. Many problems occur in pharmacies, such as unmonitored stock shortages of medicines, unknown amount of medicine stock that must be provided for customer needs and expired medicines because they are not sold. To overcome the problem of drug stock supply and find out which drugs are not selling in pharmacies, it is necessary to create a system for processing data that can produce sales data for drugs sold simultaneously and find out drug stock using the Apriori Algorithm data processing technique. The dataset used is 5 months, the dataset is taken from transaction dates and itemsets sold. In this research, testing was carried out using the a priori algorithm method in March to get results with a minimum support of 4% and a minimum confidence of 40% based on March to get support results that met 4%, 3 data from 2-itemset were found, and to get the association rule (confidence ) is obtained from a combination of 2-itemsets that meet the minimum support of 4%. The results of the a priori algorithm method found 3 association rules.
