Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Wilson Asia Lestari Perawang Kabupaten Siak
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of the variables Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable at PT. Wilson Asia Lestari Perawang, Siak Regency. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques. The study population totaled 89 employees who were calculated using the slovin formula with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive quantitative with path analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science).
The research results show that 1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) motivation has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance, 6) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation, 7) Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation.
