Konflik Tenurial Hutan Adat Imbo Putui Pasca Pengakuan Negara Di Kenegerian Petapahan Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2019-2023
ABSTRACT TENURIAL CONFLICT IN THE IMBO PUTUI INDIGENOUS FOREST POST RECOGNITION OF PETAPAHAN STATE. TAPUNG DISTRICT, KAMPAR DISTRICT, 2020-2023 By: Irma Nasari Email : [email protected] Supervisor: Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP, M.A Tenurial conflicts occurred between the Petapahan indigenous people and the Rama Jaya Pramukti Company regarding the land of the Imbo Putui Customary Forest after State Recognition in Kenegerian, Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2019-2023. The purpose of this research is to describe tenure conflicts over the Imbo Putui Customary Forest after State Recognition and to identify and describe the Tenurial Conflict Resolution over the Imbo Putui Kenegerian Petapahan Customary Forest, Tapung District, Kampar Regency in 2019-2023. Methods This research uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research. The type of research data used in this research is primary data in the form of data and information originating from the main sources and research informants, and secondary data in the form of documents obtained from related documents. Then the research location is in Kenegerian Petapahan. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation and observation techniques. The Tenurial Conflict over the Imbo Putui Customary Forest After State Recognition in Kenegerian Petapahan was caused by several reasons, namely community relations, principle negotiations, human needs, identity, and conflict transformation. The presence of manipulative Imbo Putui Customary Forest land by PT. Rama Jaya Pramukti with an area of 167 ha. The conflict resolution applied by the Petapahan Indigenous People is by conciliation and mediation. The findings in this study are the awareness of the Petapahan Indigenous people to fight for their rights again after the recognition by the State regarding the Imbo Putui Kenegerian Petapahan Customary Forest, since the entry of PT. Ramaja Pramukti had very many impacts on the order of people's lives, starting from social, economic and ecological in the Petapahan customary community area, following up on conflicts that occurred with legal lawsuits to international markets as a form of effort and resolution carried out by the Petapahan indigenous people. The conclusion from this study is that the Tenurial conflict between the Petapahan Indigenous People and PT. Ramajaya Pramukti is still ongoing, because the community's lawsuit against the RSPO has not yet released a result but is still in the process of the Complaint Panel stage.
