The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the community learning management model at Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru? This research aims to determine the community learning management model at Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru. This research has 4 sub-focuses, namely 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) monitoring, 4) evaluation.
Once this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will provide benefits. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. It is hoped that the theoretical benefits of the results of this research will increase knowledge, especially those related to the Community Learning Management Model in Kak Seto Pekanbaru's Homeschooling. And it is hoped that the practical benefits of the results of this research will be useful for families, society and for future researchers.
This research is a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive method. This research was carried out at the Kak Seto Pekanbaru Homeschooling involving 3 (three) informants as research subjects, including the main informant, informant 1 (one), informant 2 (two). Data collection techniques in this research are document techniques, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the analysis in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation.
Based on data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded from this research that the learning management model at Kak Seto Pekanbaru Homeschooling is very good. This can be seen from the implementation of the community learning management model using the

"stop and stop" method, tutors can keep the class conducive to the learning process for all students so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Learning through the "stop and stop" method, which is stated as a process of student interaction with educators and other learning resources in a learning environment, takes place in an interaction process. This interaction is educational in nature and involves students and educators so that teachers as central figures play an important role in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the learning process in schools. Next, the planning sub-chapter, before one semester of learning begins, all tutors are required to create a learning plan. This is because the implementation of learning can be carried out in accordance with the learning objectives. Furthermore, the implementation of learning is carried out in accordance with the learning plan prepared.
The implementation of learning activities at Kak Seto Pekanbaru Homeschooling takes place flexibly according to the situation and conditions, then the role of parents is the main partner because they are very helpful and complete the learning implementation process. The sub-focus of supervision is seen from discipline (attendance), tutor work results, tutor communication and student learning outcomes. And then in the evaluation, Kak Seto Pekanbaru Homeschooling applies several types of assessments after the learning has been carried out. The types of assessment are summative assessment and formative assessment. In taking summative assessments, tutors can test students both in writing and orally. And for formative assessment, tutors look at the students' attitudes and social values while they are in the school environment.
