The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) learning by tutors in the package B equivalency program at Sis Seto Pekanbaru's Homeschooling? This research aims to determine the implementation of Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) learning by tutors in the package B equivalency program at Homeschooling Sis Seto Pekanbaru
Once this research is carried out, it is hoped that it will provide benefits. The benefits of this research are divided into two, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. It is hoped that the theoretical benefits of the results of this research will increase scientific insight, especially those related to the use of the PAIKEM approach carried out by tutors in the package B equivalency program at Kak Seto Pekanbaru Homeschooling. And it is hoped that the practical benefits of the results of this research will increase insight for writers, tutors at Homeschooling Kak Seto Pekanbaru, and for future researchers.
This research is an exploratory type of research with qualitative methods. This research was carried out at Kak Seto Pekanbaru

Homeschooling involving 4 (four) tutor informants as research subjects, including main informant 1 (one), informant 2 (two), informant 3 (three) . informant 4 (Four). Data collection techniques in this research are document techniques, observation and interviews. Meanwhile, analysis in research includes data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation.
Based on data analysis and discussion, this research can be concluded that, the implementation of learning using the PAIKEM approach has been carried out and implemented by all tutors at Kak Seto's Homeschooling and is running quite optimally. This can be seen from students who are starting to be active, innovative, creative, effective and enjoyable in participating in the teaching and learning process activities carried out by the tutor. Where this learning approach is centered and focused on students who are adapted to their characteristics. By re-increasing the approach in the process of learning activities that can be implemented and is very appropriate if used in the process of teaching and learning activities that enable students to build activeness, effectiveness, creativity, and create fun learning to make students continue to increase motivation. learning in the classroom and to build interaction between fellow students, as well as building student competition with other students in improving learning outcomes.
Based on the results of research and discussions regarding the implementation of PAIKEM by tutors at Homeschooling Kak Seto, researchers can recommend the following:
1. Recommended for tutors as facilitators who help and provide direction and motivation to students so that they can continue to make efforts to improve and build activeness, innovation, effectiveness, creativity, as well as building

fun learning to make students continue to increase motivation in every process of learning activities carried out wherever and whenever.
2. It is recommended for parties who use learning approaches with various methods, one of which is the use of PAIKEM to be re-developed in every formal, informal and on-formal school which can be adapted to the students.
3. It is recommended to future researchers that the results of research on the implementation of PAIKEM by tutors at Kak Seto's Homeschooling are not completely final and perfect. So it is hoped that researchers
