Pengaruh Islamic Physical Attributes Dan Islamic Nonphysical Attributes Terhadap Religious Commitment Dan Costumer Satisfaction Pada Hotel Non-Syari’ah Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic physical attributes, Islamic nonphysical attributes with religious commitment as a moderating variable on customer satisfaction surveys at hotels in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were actors who stayed at hotels in Pekanbaru City. The number of samples in this study amounted to 108 based on predetermined criteria. The sampling technique in this study used the Non-probability Sampling method. The data analysis method of this research uses Smart PLS Version 4.0. The results showed that Islamic pyshical attributes have no effect on customer satisfaction. Islamic nonpyshical attributes have no effect on customer satisfaction. Religious comittment moderates the influence of Islamic physical attributes on customer satisfaction. Religious comittment does not moderate the influence of Islamic nonphysical attributes on customer satisfaction.
