Pengaruh Pelatihan Program Civic Education Leadership Terhadap Aktualisasi Nilai-Nilai Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa PPKN Fkip Universitas Riau

This research is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism (empirical, and rejects speculation), as a scientific or scientific method. The research has been conducted at the Pancasila and Civic Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau, from March to May 2023. Data collection techniques using questionnaire sheets.
Based on the results of the study and based on the purpose of the study, namely to analyze and determine the effect of Civic Education Ladership (CEL) program training on the actualization of leadership values of PPKn FKIP students of Riau University, it can be concluded from the results of the t test obtained tcount of 11.23 and ttable of 1.65, which shows tcount ≥ ttable so that the hypothesis in
this study is accepted. Based on this statement, there is an influence of Civic Education Ladership (CEL) program training on the actualization of leadership values of PPKn FKIP students of Riau University, and from the results of the calculation above, a coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.43 is obtained which contains the understanding that the effect of Civic Education Ladership (CEL) program training (variable X) on the actualization of leadership values of PPKn FKIP students of Riau University (variable Y) is 43% or can be interpreted to be at the "Medium" level.
