Analisis Peningkatan Prestasi Mahasiswa Selama Mengikuti Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (Studi Kasus Pengurus BEN Universitas Riau Kabinet Revitalisasi Perubahan Periode 2022-2023)

This research is motivated by the role of achievement in joining the Student
Executive Board organization at the University of Riau. Regarding how
administrators divide their time between studying and joining organizations. The
author was able to formulate the problem in the research by analyzing the increase
in student achievement while joining the organization (Case Study of BEM
Management at Riau University Revitalization Cabinet Changes for the 2022-2023
Period). The aim of this research is to determine the non-academic achievements of
the Riau University Student Executive Board administrators. Data collection
techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The
informants in this research were (8 people), namely the main informants, the student
president and student vice president, along with the Minister and their members.
The data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative methods with a
descriptive approach. The findings in this research explain that there is a way for
administrators to divide their time between study time and the organization, which
so far has been very good between the two
