Persepsi Guru Tentang Pelaksanaan Program Kampus Mengajar Di Sekolah Sasaran Pekanbaru
This research was motivated by the presence of the Independent Learning
Campus (MBKM) policy with one of its programs, namely the Teaching Campus.
During the implementation of the Teaching Campus program, there were various
responses that emerged from teachers at the target schools of the Teaching
Campus. Some of these responses include the lack of information regarding the
Teaching Campus program for teachers at target schools, the less than optimal
role of Teaching Campus students during assignments because it coincides with
their lecture schedule, the lack of involvement of teachers when preparing work
programs and the absence of long-term work programs. long. so that after the
Teaching Campus students complete the assignments, the work programs
implemented by the students also end. This research aims to find out how
teachers perceive the implementation of the Teaching Campus program in the
target schools in Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative research with a
descriptive survey method. The data collection instruments in this research are
observation, questionnaires and documentation which consists of 6 indicators
with 16 statements. The population in this study were all teachers in the target
schools of the Pekanbaru Teaching Campus program, totaling 89 people with a
sample of 45 people. Based on the research results, it was found that teachers'
perceptions regarding the implementation of the Teaching Campus program in
Pekanbaru Target Schools were in the "Quite Good" category. This is shown
from the results of the average percentage value for the alternative Strongly
Agree + Agree = 13.6% + 13.6 = 27.2, which is in the range 25.01% - 50%.
