Penilaian Kinerja dan Penyusunan Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi Pemeliharaan Daerah Irigasi Kelarik

The Kelarik Irrigation Area is located in Kelarik, North Bunguran District, Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province which supports and supports local agricultural businesses with a service area of 677 Ha. To maintain facilities and infrastructure so that they continue to function or have a service life that is in accordance with the initial development plan, an irrigation system performance assessment is carried out. The irrigation system performance assessment is carried out based on the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2015 which is then expressed in a performance index value, with this irrigation system performance assessment, an appropriate classification of operational and maintenance actions will then be obtained. Next, the Actual number of needs of operation and maintenance (AKNOP) is calculated which functions to plan the provision/needs for the operation and maintenance budget based on the operational and maintenance action classification that has been previously obtained. The calculated operation and maintenance budget includes: operating costs, routine maintenance costs and periodic maintenance costs. The overall physical infrastructure condition score is 62.72%, which is in the medium category with a level of damage of 21-40% and needs to be repaired. The costs required for operational activities of the Kelarik Irrigation Area are IDR 72,992,332, and the costs required for periodic maintenance are IDR 258,719,099 while the costs required for routine maintenance are IDR 252,347,766.
