Analisis Tingkat Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Dalam Menyelesaikan Soal-Soal Cerita Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Di MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the level of students' critical thinking abilities and their relationship to students' abilities in solving word problems in economics subjects at MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive research that uses a qualitative approach. This research is used to describe students' critical thinking abilities in solving story problems. The research subjects were students of class X IPS and students of class student work. Based on the results of research and understanding of the polya indicator steps for students in class X IPS and XI IPS MA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. Not all students have the critical thinking category, only students in the high category are able to solve critical thinking questions. Meanwhile, students in the medium and low categories do not yet have actual critical thinking skills in terms of making further explanations and providing conclusions.
