Abstract:
This study aims to describe the structure and meaning of the mantra repel reinforcements at Pambang Baru Bengkalis. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, recordings, note-taking techniques, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are transliterating, classifying, describing, and concluding. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the structure of the text of the healing spell consists of a title element, an opening element, an intention element, a suggestion element, a purpose element, and a closing element. The meaning of the text of the mantra repel reinforcements can be understood in terms of the ingredients and procedures. Based on the results of this study, the structure of the Pambang Baru Bengkalis repel reinforcements spell is six spells to repel reinforcements for the title spell, six spells to repel reinforcements for the opening element, six spells to repel reinforcements for the element of intention, six spells to repel reinforcements for the element of suggestion, six spells to repel reinforcements for the element of purpose, and six spells repel reinforcement elements closing.
