Aplikasi Penilaian Seminar Akademik Berbasis Android pada Jurusan Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Riau

Electrical Engineering is one of the majors at the University of Riau. Currently, academic seminars in the Department of Electrical Engineering are still carried out manually, such as assessment of Practical Work (KP) seminars, Proposal Seminars and Thesis Trials. The seminar was carried out by giving an assessment on the form given. Then, the assessment sheet is approved by the Practical Work Coordinator (KP) - Thesis and Study Program Coordinator so that it can be input into the student academic portal. This process takes quite a long time, so an Android-based system is needed, which creates an information system that can simplify the seminar assessment process in the Department of Electrical Engineering. The development method used in this research is waterfall. The first step is the requirements definition by determining functional and non-functional requirements. Then system and software design is carried out, namely by making system design modeling. The next step is implementation and unit testing, namely making a system based on the model that has been made. Next, integration and system testing, namely carrying out tests using the ISO 25010 standard. The final stage is operation and maintenance where the system that has been built will be given to users for evaluation. The system is built using the Flutterl framework. The system is tested based on functional suitability aspects, efficiency aspects, compatibility aspects, usability aspects, reliability aspects, security aspects, maintainability aspects, and portability aspects.
