Analisis Indeks Kinerja Embung Kebun Raya Kota Batam

This research is located at the Kebun Raya Kota Batam Reservoir, with the aim of assessing the performance index of the Kebun Raya Kota Batam Reservoir. The performance index obtained will be used as a basis for planning maintenance operations at the reservoir. The assessed aspects of the reservoir include the Physical Aspect, Operational and Service Aspect, Security and Environmental Aspect, and Institutional Aspect. The research employs methods such as data inventory, field surveys, interviews, and on-site assessments. The Likert scale is used as the measurement scale for assessing the reservoir's performance, with results indicating good, fair, and poor conditions of the reservoir. Based on the assessment analysis, the physical performance of the Kebun Raya Kota Batam Reservoir is 80.89%, indicating good performance, the operational and service performance is 72.30%, indicating fair performance, the security and environmental aspect performance is 80.70%, indicating good performance, and the institutional aspect shows a performance score of 97.50%, categorized as good performance. The total performance recapitulation of the Kebun Raya Kota Batam Reservoir is 79.96%, categorized as fair performance.
