Collaborative Governance Dalam Pengakuan Dan Perlindungan Masyarakat Hukum Adat Di Desa Koto Sentajo Kecamatan Sentajo Raya Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Tahun 2021-2022

Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the regions that has the authority to implement Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Recognition and Protection of Traditional Law Communities because the people of Kuantan Singingi Regency are still very strong in their customs and uphold traditional values. Such as the role of traditional stakeholders which is very important not only for their children and nephews but also plays a role in the Assembly or Institution called "Tigo Tungku Sejorangan or tali bapilin tigo" which is a philosophy in development involving the Government, Ulama and traditional leaders. This research aims to determine the process of collaborative governance in the recognition and protection of customary law communities in Koto Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The theory used is a collaboration of Ansel and Gash. The research method used is qualitative by explaining descriptively. The location of this research is in Koto Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research data used is primary data, namely data obtained from research informants and secondary data obtained from related documents that support the research process.
The result of this research is a collaborative governance process in recognizing and protecting customary law communities in Koto Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in 2021-2022, that face-to-face dialogue and building trust have been implemented. However, the collaborative governance process has not been effective because several indicators have not been optimal, namely indicators of commitment to the process, mutual understanding and temporary results in the recognition and protection of customary law communities.
