Performance is one of the most important things to always pay attention to in order to improve the quality of education. Without attention to this performance, the school will
experience difficulties in achieving overall organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of the school principal's visionary leadership and teacher information literacy on the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Batang Tuaka District,
Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research was conducted on state elementary school teachers in Batang Tuaka District. The number of samples in this study was 48 people. The data
collection technique used was a questionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used.
The results of this research show that: there is a positive and significant influence of the Principal's Visionary Leadership and teacher Information Literacy on the Performance of Public Elementary School Teachers in Batang Tuaka District, both partially and simultaneously. The influence of the Principal Visionary Leadership (X1) and Teacher
Information Literacy (X2) variables is 76.8%, while the remaining 23.2% is determined by other factors that are not part of this research. The findings of this research show that the school principal's visionary leadership, which is carried out well and is supported by high teacher literacy skills, will improve teacher performance.
