Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Kemampuan Literasi Digital Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sd Negeri Kecamatan Rengat
SUMMARY
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on teacher performance in Rengat District Public Elementary Schools, to analyze the influence of teacher digital literacy on teacher performance in Rengat District Public Elementary Schools and to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and teacher digital literacy together with teacher performance in Rengat District Public Elementary School.
This research is research using a quantitative approach because the research data is in the form of numbers using the Ex Post Facto type of research. The place of this research was carried out at the Rengat District Public Elementary School. The time of the research was January to November 2023. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers in Cluster II of Gate Sari, Rengat District, consisting of 182 teachers from 11 schools. From the sample results using the Slovin formula, it was found that the sample for this study was 126 samples. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. After the data is collected, the method will then be analyzed.
From the research results, it is known that there is a significant and positive influence of transformational leadership on the performance of Rengat District Public Elementary School teachers. This can be seen from the probability value of 0.05, or a value of 0.013 < 0.05, so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Teacher performance can increase if the principal's transformational leadership is good. This means that if transformational leadership can be improved by school principals, then this will be in line with teacher performance which will also increase. It was then discovered that there was a significant and positive influence on teachers' digital literacy skills on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Rengat District, this can be seen from the probability value of 0.05, or the value 0.000 < 0.05. Good teacher digital literacy skills can influence teacher performance improvement. The higher the teacher's digital literacy skills, the higher the teacher's performance will be. Then in the F test table it is known that the Sig value is 0.000. This value is less than 0.05. The research results show that there is a significant and positive influence between transformational leadership and teachers' digital literacy skills on the performance of Rengat District Public Elementary School teachers. Transformational leadership and good teacher digital literacy skills can intervene in teacher performance to be better.
